For Healthy Business Results Take Vitamin "W"

Vitamin "W" is better known as walking.  Whether you walk for 30 minutes around your neighborhood, outside the office or along the beach, you are building up muscle tone, a stronger immune system and lifting your spirits.  No need for a gym membership or special equipment.  Just do it every day, in ordinary ways.

Take the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator.  Park further away from the door in a parking lot.  Golf using a pull cart; dance when no one is looking.  Walk around as you talk on the phone.
