Weight Loss With Chairs and Three Apples

You say you can't afford a gym membership or a personal trainer?

Put on lively music at home, grab a chair and get a great workout by simply sitting down and standing up, over and over again 20 times.  Get your heart pumping, your legs limbered and your core strengthened.  Rest one minute and repeat the process.  Weight loss and a healthy heart will be a happy result.

Then, lie on the floor with your feet up on the chair.  Reach up to touch your toes and repeat 20 times.  Rest one minute and repeat the process.  Go back and forth between the two exercises for a total of 20 minutes.
