Running for the Children's Hunger Fund Has Multiple Benefits

When you walk or run every day, there all kinds of health benefits: stronger heart, bones and muscles...happier spirit....friendships.

Add to that, running for a wonderful charity like the Children's Hunger Fund, and you're bringing better health and happiness to children around the world.  On the right, you'll see Werner Berger, the oldest North American to climb to the top of Mount Everest when he was 69.

Almost 1000 Usana Health Sciences Associates joined the cause at the company's international convention, raising $125,000.  Over the years, the Associates have contributed $5 million dollars to CHF.  What an impact that has on young lives!

CHF brings hope, clothing, schooling and nourishment, plus Usana's children's vitamins, Usanimals, to youngsters around the world.  I saw it for myself in Uganda.  The smiles of the children were so wide and their eyes big with thanksgiving and wonder.

Thanks Usana for the opportunity to make a difference through the Children's Hunger Fund!
