Usana Biggest Winners Lose 20 Pounds in 8 Weeks


Are you determined to lose weight and keep it off?  Did you realize that there is a fun and effective way to do that?  

Personal coach, Angie Ledohowski, Achiever with Usana, pictured here in a hip raise, led an 8 week boot camp in Winnipeg recently, with 15 women participating.  Working out for just 3 hours a week, all participants saw dramatic results, several of them losing up to 21 pounds.  Most important, everyone achieved a better Body Mass Index (BMI).

Each person enrolled as an Associate or Preferred Customer, ordering the Usana Reset and Transform Programs to equalize their metabolism and tame the carb cravings.

We ran up and down 3 flights of stairs for about 15 minutes and then did a variety of exercises in and outside the Canad Inn Hotel, where space was given to the program.  We also worked with weights and other equipment at First Choice Fitness, where the owners, Blake Wood and Richard Burr, also welcomed the group.

Angie was supported in this program by Cara Potenza, Susan Prohaska and myself.  Note. Even though I work out 3 times a week with Blake, my personal trainer, and find that extremely beneficial, Angie's exercise routine certainly tested my limits, resulting in lost inches to my waste and hips. I needed that extra push. Working out 3 days a week isn't enough.  You need to do some kind of exercise every day.   Most important, everyone had a great time encouraging and rejoicing at one another's progress.
