Speed Skating Canada Fuelled Up

Dedicated Olympic athletes have flown into Vancouver from around the world.

For the Canadian Speedskating team (on Team Usana for 8 years now) it was a short
ride with big expectations for medals. They are excited and confident. And why not? They've been training consistently and hard as a unit for the last three years.

"It's just a really good team and we really mesh well together," said multi-medal Olympic winner, Sarah Hughes, in the Globe and Mail, February 10, 2010.
"It's my favorite team I have ever been on."

That's a powerful statement. The chances of success for Speed skating Canada, are much greater with that kind of attitude. Respect for one another. Cheer one another on. Talk through the lows. Rejoice in the highs. Have fun.

It is that kind of togetherness that makes any organization thrive, whether in sports or business. Winning teams foster positive attitudes and generosity of spirit.

Skaters on the U.S. and Canadian Speed Skating teams, plus the UK Short Track skating team, are all part of Team Usana, with thousands of Associates cheering for them to meet their goals and beyond. Let's do that for one another as well.

  1. It is so fun to see our northern neighbor, the city of Vancouver, do such a beautiful job of hosting this winter Olympics. I'm rooting for both Canada and the USA to OWN THE GOLD!!!!!!!
