Walk Your Way to Better Health with Rev3

Walking and hiking are two of your best ways to exercise, to build your immune system and to create positive energy.

People often tell me that they don't have time to work out at a gym or participate on a sports team of some sort.

It's true that people are super busy these days. However, one of the things you have to do in the haste of your day, is walk from here to there.

Why not schedule in a brisk walk and even short spurts of running at coffee break or lunch?  Or, get up early to start your day out with some exercise.  Your day will go better for sure.

If you need more energy for your walk or exercise junket, add the Rev3 energy powder to a small amount of water and drink it down.  Feel the surge.  Or add Rev3 to your water bottle and take it along for sustained energy.

I love the Rev3 canned drink after a workout at the gym or a brisk walk....or during those lulls in the day when I need a boost.

Other possibilities....

Grab a co-worker or neighbor and go for a 30 - 45 minute walk on your lunch break.

Park far away from where you are going.

Invest in a treadmill, to use on rainy or colder days. Get up 30 minutes early, to walk at a starting speed of 3 and an elevation of 4. Challenge yourself to achieve higher levels of each.

Wear a pedometer to be sure you put in 10,000 steps each day.

Take the kids, a spouse, a co-worker or a neighbor with you on a walk to different places, for fun and conversation. Walk at a brisk pace. The time flies and you feel refreshed.

Explore nearby parks, various shopping centers, city areas, places you've never been.

Enjoy! Calories in, calories out. Walking briskly keeps the weight off, and is good for healthy hearts and minds.
